Vegan #Lentil #Chili


This deliciously easy vegan lentil chili is sure to impress! With stove-top, pressure cooker, and slow cooker versions all in this post, you can whip it up any way you choose with minimal effort






Ingredients

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 cup Black beans
  • 1 Cilantro, fresh
  • 1 cup Corn, frozen or fresh
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Green bell pepper, large
  • 1 Jalapenos
  • 2 Jalapenos plus
  • 1 tsp Oregano, dried
  • 1 Red bell pepper, large
  • 1 cup Red lentils, dried
  • 1 Red onion
  • 2 cups Tomatoes
  • 2 cups Yellow onion
Canned Goods
  • 2 cups Veggie broth
Condiments
  • 1 15 oz can Chili beans with sauce, spicy
  • 1 Pico de gallo or salsa, fresh
  • 1 Veggie broth or tomato sauce to adjust thickness if desired
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tbsp Chili powder
  • 1 Jalapenos or cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika, smoked
  • 1 Salt and pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
Bread & Baked Goods
  • 1 Corn bread crumbles
