All-American Chili Fries are a great way to treat yourself to some healthy, delectable fun. No greasiness, all delicious flavor.

  • 1 15 oz. can Beans or kidney beans, red
  • 1 Bell pepper, red or orange
  • 1 15 oz. can Black beans
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Poblano pepper
  • 1 Potato, medium
  • 2 15 oz. cansTomatoes, no-salt-added
Canned Goods
  • 1 6 oz. can Tomato paste, no-salt-added
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce, low sodium
Pasta & Grains
  • 1 cup Quinoa, dried
Baking & Spices
  • 1 pinch 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika, smoked
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 Cooking spray to enhance crispness
  • 2 1/4 tbsp Olive oil
Nuts & Seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 2 tbsp Cooking wine, red
