- 4 Carrots, medium
- 1 small headCauliflower
- 5 Garlic cloves, medium
- 1 thick 3 1/4-inch thick slices Ginger, fresh
- 1/2 Onion, small
- 1 Red bell pepper, small
Baking & Spices
- 1 tsp Coriander seeds
- 2 tbsp Kosher salt
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 tsp Peppercorns, black
- 1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric, ground
- 1/2 cup White sugar, granulated
Oils & Vinegars
- 2 cups Cider vinegar
Nuts & Seeds
