Baking & Spices

• 1/4 tsp Black pepper, freshly ground
• 1/4 tsp Salt

Oils & Vinegars

• 1 tbsp Olive oil

Bread & Baked Goods

• 6 sheets Phyllo pastry

Dairy

• 4 tbsp Butter, unsalted
• 8 oz Feta cheese
• 8 oz Monterey jack cheese, grated
• 2 cups Ricotta cheese
