General Tso's Chick Peas (Vegan, Gluten-Free) is a delicious and healthy alternative to general tso chicken or even tofu for those who are avoiding soy.





Ingredients
∙ Serves 4

  • 1 (15-ounces) can 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas or, cooked
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp Ginger, fresh
  • 2 Green onions
Condiments
  • 1 tbsp Bragg liquid aminos or, tamari sauce
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Baking & Spices
  • 2 tbsp Coconut sugar or sweetener
  • 1 tbsp Tapioca starch or cornstarch
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Coconut oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil, roasted
Other
  • 2 teaspoons Bragg liquid aminos
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable broth or aquafaba
