  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1 Large or 2 small carrots (160 g)
  • 2 cups Sweet potato
  • 1 White onion (300 g), medium
Canned Goods
  • 1 cup Coconut milk, canned
  • 3 cups Vegetable broth
Condiments
  • 1 squeeze Lemon or lime juice, fresh
Baking & Spices
  • 1 good pinch Black pepper
  • 1 Sea salt
  • 1 tbsp Turmeric
